Tenants wishing to rent
choose Minerva to give them:
* A well presented property which will be regularly maintained.
* A fair assessment of the condition of the property and detailed schedule of condition of the fabric and contents.
* Prompt response to requests for maintenance and repair.
* Deposit protected by the Tenancy Dispute Service (TDS) which is a government licensed scheme.
* Timely return of your deposit or schedule of dilapidations.
Some details of properties are not on the website, i.e. whether we can accept pets, children, smokers etc. Please enquire about these. We do not accept people on DSS benefit.
A deposit of at least one month's rent is always required and your rent will be paid in advance by banker's standing order. All utility bills and council tax are your responsibility.
You will be asked to sign a detailed tenancy agreement which clearly explains your commitment and the landlord's responsibilities.
